With no doubt it is the best university not just in Central Asia but in post Soviet countries bcz there wasn't any corrupting issue which I've heard!

If you happen to visit Khorog town in GBAO you should consider checking UCA's Khorog Campus as well. In my opinion this university is something ambitious, something what inspires locals and Central Asians. Can you imagine this Campus is almost touching the sky, but the altitude is so comfortable that your body doesn't feel it.
