::The worst cafe in Dushanbe. They only served fast food, yet they don't reheat up the food before serving. The staff were so rude, when complained about the food she blamed it back to us. Knowing she serve a tourist, the staff charged 10% extra, charge extra for a bread that wasn't ordered, charge extra for wet tissue that wasn't ordered. And even after rude debating, it's still end up a whopping 60som for 2 persons. With heaps left over of food that not reaching serving standard.
